The longform/music photography-focused mag launches at The Gaso on June 29.

Swampland Magazine is a biannual print publication that focuses on things the internet sometimes tends to forget about - namely well-written, eclectiv longform music journalism and exciting music photography. The independent operation out of Melbourne has been operating since 2016, and are just about to roll out issue #4 - one that we're excited to give you a little sneak peek at via a playlist covering all the music (that's available on Spotify), along with a few shots from the mag.

The cover story focuses on the exceptional Sampa The Great, in conversation with author/poet Maxine Beneba Clarke and set to a photo essay by Prue Stent & Honey Long w/ styling from Ntombi Moyo. That feature heads up a run of acts doing some exciting stuff in Australian music:
